Priced services, live online slot booking and a client area to track appointments.
The context
A nail technician who works at her clients’ homes spends her days doing two jobs: her own, and that of a receptionist. Appointments arrive by text, by Instagram message, sometimes by phone in the middle of a session. Slots overlap, reminders get lost, and every new client asks the same questions about prices.
What we built
A site that absorbs that reception work. Services are listed with their price and duration, which removes half the questions. The client books a genuinely available slot herself, and finds her appointments in her own area. A gallery shows the work, and an FAQ handles the rest, how long it lasts, how to prepare, how far she travels.
The technical choices
Slots are computed on the server from real availability, closures and appointments already booked, including the travel time reserved between two clients. On confirmation, a transaction locks the slot: if two people click at the same moment, the second gets a clear refusal rather than a double booking. The site also declares its local structured data, activity, area served, opening hours, which lets Google understand that this is a professional who travels to clients, not a salon.
This project is a demonstration. The business, contact details and reviews shown are fictional. The site itself genuinely works: it runs on the same technical foundation we deliver to our clients.
