The context
A joiner who does good work lives on word of mouth, until word of mouth plateaus. Prospective customers search for "joiner" on their phone, often in a hurry, and land on three directories and two competitors. He appears nowhere.
What we built
A site that answers the three questions this visitor asks within fifteen seconds: does he do what I need, does he cover my area, and how do I reach him. The service area is stated on the home page with the towns covered. Services are detailed, jobs shown before and after. The quote form adapts its fields to the type of work selected, nobody is asked for a surface area to repair a shutter. And on mobile, the tap-to-call button stays visible at all times, because a customer in a hurry calls, they do not fill in a form.
The technical choices
Server-side rendering, built mobile first. No heavy animation library, no tracking script: the page appears before the visitor has time to leave, including on mobile data from a building site.
This project is a demonstration. The business, contact details and reviews shown are fictional. The site itself genuinely works: it runs on the same technical foundation we deliver to our clients.
