The context
An architecture practice is judged on its images. Yet many present their work in a PDF portfolio sent by email, or on an Instagram account they do not control. The first contact with a client then happens on a medium they did not choose.
What we built
A showcase where the image speaks and the text steps back. A large opening photograph, a project gallery filterable by type, each project with its own sheet. A practice page sets out the team and the working method, what someone about to entrust a major renovation wants to know. Contact stays reachable from any screen, without ever interrupting browsing.
The technical choices
A site carried by imagery demands discipline about weight: modern formats, deferred loading, dimensions served to match the screen. The restraint of the code is what allows the photograph to be the only slow thing, and barely that.
This project is a demonstration. The business, contact details and reviews shown are fictional. The site itself genuinely works: it runs on the same technical foundation we deliver to our clients.
