If you are on Indispensable and a small change goes beyond what you can do yourself, we handle it for €25. A new page or a new feature is quoted separately.
We are developers, not graphic designers. We do not draw logos or brand guidelines. Two options: you already have a logo and we build the site around it, or you hire a designer and we integrate their work. We can point you in the right direction, but we do not do that part ourselves.

Prices in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The amounts shown cover our standard packages: a project that falls outside them is quoted individually.

Yes. The creation price covers designing and publishing your site; the subscription covers keeping it online, up to date and backed up. The two go together: a site nobody maintains eventually falls over, and we do not deliver sites meant to fall over.
The site stops being published and we hand over all of your content, text, images, data, in a usable format. Your domain name is registered in your name from day one: you keep it, whatever happens. The technical foundation the site is built on remains ours.
Yes, from the entry-level package, at no extra cost. You change your text and images from a simple interface, without touching the structure or being able to break anything. It is what most sets us apart from a provider who bills for every comma.
No. We are developers, not graphic designers, and we would rather say so than deliver a mediocre logo. If you have one, we build the site around it. If not, we start from one of our foundation themes, or you hire a designer whose work we integrate.
Development takes one to three weeks depending on the package. In practice, though, your content sets the timeline: a project where photos and copy are ready moves fast, one where they still have to be produced can wait months. We tell you this at the first conversation.
